How are our programs, consulting advice, and workshops different to those offer by others in the marketplace?

We are all familiar with the significant difference between giving rice to those in the third world versus giving those in the third world the tools and knowledge to grow their own crops.  One feeds a family for a limited amount of time the other feeds a family, a community and beyond now and limitlessly into the future.  Giving rice, whilst a step in the right direction, is a plaster versus a cure.  Giving individuals tools and knowledge, a strategic long-term investment, enables individuals to think and act independently.  Once empowered individuals and communities act differently – strategically based on what are the best decisions for them in their environment to protect and enhance their future and the future of their families and communities – maybe its growing coffee, maybe its growing tea.   And imagine if, at the same time,  if we started to educate their children, the new talent and they all worked together collaboratively – the future for many is dramatically different, dramatically improved and dramatically beyond what it looks like if we simply give them rice.

This is comparable with the difference between the approach’s of others and the approach of Future Journey’s  – one enlightens for a day, a week maybe a month and then its back to same ole’ same ole’ – Future Journey’s approach dramatically changes your and your organisations future by empowering your people to be strategic, innovative and ultimately create the ideas, products and services that add real measurable value now and in your organisations future”.
