Why Innovation?

Ninety two per cent of CEOs believe that innovation is critical to the future success of their organizations. Eighty per cent of fast-growth CEOs rate their company as more innovative than their strongest competitors. These companies have increased revenue nearly three times faster than other companies in five years. Annual revenue growth expectations are over 50% higher than other companies. Innovation is the competitive edge.

Don’t leave your company’s future up to chance. In an increasingly complex and uncertain world understanding the future is a necessity not a luxury. Future Journeys helps organisations create their futures, drawing on organisational creativity and futures tools to become truly innovative. Most companies are making innovation a priority, and see the link between innovation and revenue, profit, product development, efficiency, and customer retention and attraction. Yet they often forget that innovation relies on understanding the future. and they need to build a culture of innovation.

Make the most of your people’s capabilities: See the future first. Create it now.

2020 Vision: We ran an afternoon workshop in April with some great people at AMP developing scenarios for Australia 2020. Teams developed innovative responses to the challenges we will face, and sent them to the Australia 2020 summit. As one participant said "We've done speed dating, speed networking.... why not speed scenarios?" More on our blog soon...

And speed innovation....join us in a hothouse!

Foresight and Innovation Hothouse Series launches on 21 May at AMP with Warren Evans, a world-renown speaker and futurist. With at least one other inspirational speaker and time to follow a hothouse process to take advantage of future opportunities.  The monthly Foresight and Innovation Hothouse Series is designed to help you innovate now.
