Enano – The End of Commercialisation?
Enano is the most energy efficient desktop computer as well as being the World’s smallest desktop. Developed for people who don’t require a high powered system and allows people to continue with all their normal virtual interactions whilst still being eco-friendly. It is actually so energy efficient that it exceeds the current energy star rating requirements for laptops. The enano uses only 20 – 25 watts per hour compared to the normal system which creates a lot of heat and inadventently uses (or looses) too much power.
With everything getting smaller could this mean that people are beginning to use only what they require and not getting the best system (house, car, clothing, etc…) this would mean a decrease in commercialisation and energy consumption (and consumption in general). What would this do to products and services, as well as the retail industry?
