The Team
Janine Cahill BA MCom CPA
Janine Cahill is a Strategy, Innovation and Foresight Consultant who has been developing corporate programs and consulting to corporates on strategy, organizational change, leadership and innovation since 1988.
An expert in innovation, foresight and strategy programs, Janine makes peoples maps bigger and creates a collaborative environment where they can think differently, explode with capacity and generate concepts and ideas which are valuable to them and their organisation. This enables individuals and organisations to generate new ways of doing business, new products and services and new profitable growth paths resulting in the long term sustainable growth of their organization.
Prior to consulting Janine worked for numerous blue-chip organisations including Westpac and Energy Australia in corporate finance and then change management. Janine has also headed the Strategic Management program at the European Business School London and taught Strategic and Futures Thinking, Strategic Management and Innovation Leadership at the Institute for Executive Development (Madrid MBA program) in London.
With hands-on experience across numerous industries and organisations Janine understands the challenges facing businesses of all sizes. Janine’s approach to innovative, sustainable, profitable business is about deep integration and full participation, which enables the generation of integrated solutions that transcend into action that transcend into measureable, valuable results for the individual and organisation.
Angelique McCall LLB/BCom
Angelique combines extensive business experience and excellent coaching and faciliation skills to empower indivduals and organisations to achieve outstanding success and real measureable results. Angelique is passionate about individuals and organisations achieving outstanding results efficiently.
Angelique understands the pressures and expectations of being and working with other executives in large corporates and professional services firms. Prior to executive coaching and corporate facilitation Angelique was a tax lawyer for 12 years with Deloitte and Toll Holdings. Her leadership roles included facilitating major change programs and coaching high performing individuals to excel. Angelique has an LLB/BCom from Canterbury University, New Zealand and is a qualified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming – the study of human excellence and the dynamics of change and achievement.
